Argentex owns 100% of 12 of the 13 Santa Cruz properties acquired in 2004 and holds an option to acquire 100% of the Pinguino property. The properties total approximately 202,780 acres (81,947 hectares). They are located in southern Argentina, approximately 1,050 miles (1,700 kilometers) from the capital Buenos Aires.
